It does not replace the care and safety instructions supplied with your own equipment, and where a manufacturer's published figure for a specific product differs from a general figure here, the manufacturer's figure applies to that product.
This matters most on the safety pages. Oven ceilings, coating limits and handling guidance here describe classes of equipment. Your own pan may differ, and its documentation is authoritative for it.

Figures are drawn from published material properties and manufacturer specifications and are believed accurate at the time of writing. Specifications change, product lines are revised, and prices move constantly. No warranty is given that any figure, price or availability shown here is current.

Are the prices guaranteed?
No. Prices come from live retailer data at build time and change constantly, which is why every product card says so. They are useful for comparing options and understanding a category, not as a quote. Always check the current price on the retailer's own page before buying, and the retailer's terms govern the purchase.
What if a figure here is wrong?
Tell us and it will be corrected at the source data file, which fixes every page depending on it at once. In the meantime, treat any figure that conflicts with your own equipment's documentation as superseded by that documentation. Published manufacturer specifications for a specific product always take precedence over general figures.
Can I reuse content from this site?
